    A child of the Studio Z brewing project which brought us up close and personal with the most cutting-edge hops coming out of the UKs experimental growing projects. As well as experimenting with Ye Olde British hops, which until now had fallen away in popularity. Here we have combined old-school UK hop Ernest with big-hitting US Mosaic. Expect deep apricot flavours with an almost spicy pine background.
